 Our Programs

A Legacy of Hope is in the business of changing and shaping lives. The work we do at our Non-Profit Organization is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our local communities' biggest challenges. We ensure that individuals in underserved communities are empowered by creating programs that will enhance their lives.

HOMELESS OUTREACH

With our organization's mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with this challenge. Homeless Outreach is something that we take very seriously, and our team partners with a local homeless shelters where we provide meals, toiletries, blankets and snacks to those experiencing homelessness.

BACK TO SCHOOL SUPPLIES

With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for families in need and leave no child behind.  With access to the right resources, families can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. We assist parents in preparing their children for the school year by providing needed school supplies for children to succeed.  School supplies are distributed to Title 1 schools for families in need.

COAT GIVEAWAY (KIDS/ADULTS)

Sponsor families for Thanksgiving and Christmas

During the holidays, underserved communities many times focus on meeting the basic needs. Our goal with this initiative is to help to lighten the burden and ensure that families in need are able to also enjoy holidays with their families without the worry and to allow them to celebrate and build memories as a family.

Our goal is to ensure that every child and their parent/guardian have a coat for the winter months.  We have an annual coat drive to assist parents with keeping their children and themselves warm during the winter months. Coats are distributed to Title 1 schools for families in need.
